Booking Terms & Conditions
These Bookings & Conditions outline how our tours operate and what you can expect when travelling with Walkabout Gourmet Adventures. We believe that good travel begins with clarity, care, and shared understanding.
By making a booking with Walkabout Gourmet Adventures, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

4. Minimum Numbers
All tours require a minimum number of guests to operate.
If a tour does not reach minimum numbers, we will:
offer an alternative tour or date, or
provide a full refund of monies paid.
5. Amendments by the Guest
Requests to amend a confirmed booking must be made in writing.

10. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance.
Your insurance should ideally cover:
medical expenses
emergency evacuation
trip cancellation or interruption
personal liability
loss or damage to personal belongings
While travel insurance is not compulsory, Walkabout Gourmet Adventures cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred due to illness, injury, cancellation, delays, or loss where suitable insurance is not in place.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have:
valid passports
required visas
any necessary health documentation
We recommend checking Smartraveller.gov.au for current travel advice.
Travelling against official government advice may affect insurance validity.

Our tours are small-group experiences designed to be enjoyable, respectful, and inclusive.
We reserve the right to decline or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or incompatible with the enjoyment of others. No refund will apply.

Walking tours and adventure travel involve inherent risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walkabout Gourmet Adventures, its directors, staff, guides, and suppliers are not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in a tour, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
