 SUNDAY WALK IN SYDNEY

A Sunday Walk in Sydney is the perfect way to explore some of the outstanding natural and historical areas around Sydney in the company of like minded people.

Sydney has one of the finest harbours in the world and the foreshores contain many scenic walks.

Historic and cultural sites abound, some related to Aboriginal presence, some from colonial times and others from the recent past.

Most walks pass through bushland with low coastal heath and scrubby woodlands.

These areas have unique flora which are characteristic of Sydney’s sandstone habitats. Colourful wild flower displays may be seen in spring and summer.

Some of the areas we shall visit include Spit to Manly,  Watson’s Bay to Bondi, Neutral Bay to Balmoral, Milsons Point to Greenwich Wharf and Balmain.

Most walks will take between 4-5 hours walking time and will include morning tea and a delicious picnic lunch.

At the end of the day we finish our walk with a farewell drink after which guests will be transported to the starting point.

Our Sunday Walks in Sydney operate on the first Sunday of every month.
