Booking Procedures
To reserve your Walkabout Gourmet Adventure a deposit of $500 for our European tours and $200 for the Australian is required. The balance of the tour cost is payable 30 days prior to the departure (Europe 90 days). All bookings made within 30 days departure are payable in full. Last minute bookings may also be possible, contact us for more details .
Cancellations and Booking
Conditions
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure, deposit forfeited; from 59 to 30 days before departure, 50% refund on tour price; less than 30 days before departure, no refund is available unless your place is resold, in which case you receive a 50% refund on tour price.
No refund will be made to those failing to join their tour. Walkabout Gourmet Adventures reserve the right to cancel any departure in which case no liability shall fall upon Walkabout Gourmet Adventures.
In this case participants payment will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to alter prices and itineraries without notice and to decline any booking.
We also reserve the right to request any person to withdraw from the holiday if we deem their acts or conduct to be offensive to or incompatible with the conduct of other clients and we shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that passport, visas, health certificates or other travel documentation required for the holiday are obtained by them and that these are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with such requirements.
Tour
Costings
Walkabout Gourmet Adventures reserve the right to recost the tours depending on exchange rate fluctuations. The tour costs are based on the current exchange rate of Aus$1 to Euros 0.59 as at 4 March 2007.
