Booking Procedures
To reserve your Walkabout Gourmet Adventure a $500 deposit is required
(Australia $200) is required.
The balance of the tour cost is payable 90 days prior to the departure (Australia 30 days).
All bookings made within
30 days before departure are payable in full. Last minute bookings may also be
possible - contact us.
Cancellations and Booking conditions
Cancellations more than 90 days before departure - deposit forfeited or transferred to an available tour in the following year, less than 89 days but more than 60 days – 50% refund on the tour price. Less than 59 days – no refund is possible unless your place is resold in which case you receive a 50% refund on tour price.
No refund will be made to those failing to join their tour. Walkabout Gourmet
Adventures reserve the right to cancel any departure in which case no liability shall
fall upon Walkabout Gourmet Adventures.
In this case participants payment will be
refunded in full. We reserve the right to alter prices and itineraries without notice
and to decline any booking.
We also reserve the right to request any person to
withdraw from the holiday if we deem their acts or conduct to be offensive to or
incompatible with the conduct of other clients and we shall be under no further
liability thereafter to any such person.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure
that passport, visas, health certificates or other travel documentation required for
the holiday are obtained by them and that these are in order and to meet any
additional costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with such requirements.

Costings
Walkabout Gourmet Adventures reserve the right to recost the tours depending on exchange rate fluctuations.
